OTOP Program Management Office

The OTOP Program Management Office serves as the national oversight body for the implementation of the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Program, in accordance with Section 11 of R.A. 11960. Its core functions include standardizing implementation protocols, coordinating stakeholder communications, managing resources and timelines, monitoring performance, facilitating capacity-building, and ensuring quality and compliance. The office also acts as the Secretariat to the OTOP Management Committee, providing strategic and administrative support to drive the program’s long-term success.
